Direct Customers -Newsletters

In this subsection you can select the newsletters from the lists that you want to be visible or not on Proclub’ -> ‘Service’ -> ‘Newsletter’.

To select the newsletters from the lists that you want to be visible do the following:

Go to 'Service' tab and press 'Direct Customers - Newsletters'.
You can click on ‘VISIBLE’ / ‘NOT VISIBLE’ button to change its visibility. If ‘Visible’ option is enabled the newsletters from the selected lists will appear on ‘Proclub’ -> ‘Service’ -> ‘Newsletter’.

When you enable 'VISIBLE' it means that all the newsletters sent to that Contact list will appear on 'Proclub’ -> ‘Service’ -> ‘Newsletter’.

However, if there's a concrete newsletter (or several) that you don't want to be visible you can do the following:

Go to ‘E-mailing’ -> ‘View all sendings’
Locate the newsletter you don't want to be visible on ‘Proclub’ -> ‘Service’ -> ‘Newsletter’.
Click on the icon '' (VISIBLE) and change it to '' (NOT VISIBLE).

: This icon '' means that this campaign is VISIBLE at ‘Proclub’ -> ‘Service’ -> ‘Newsletter’'.

: This icon means that this campaign is NOT VISIBLE at ‘Proclub’ -> ‘Service’ -> ‘Newsletter’'.
